"Persistence and diligence makes the difference. I started in this business now close 10 months ago part time juggling a load of schedule but I went to work doing what I could do to build relationships and learn the business to the best of my ability. I learned the value of building relationships because one relationship can go a long ways and what I have found now after closing is that though they may not be ready at the moment you never know when they are going to return. My advice is don't focus on what is not happening but focus on what is and that is learning about the business, how to network and prospect and when you least expect it deals will begin to flow and roll in."
