All,

 We have completed signing all the paperwork at my attorney's office around noon.

 I would like to thank you all for bringing this loan to close given the current COVID-19 situation especially in the NYC and around the northeast.

 Please stay healthy and wish we all get through this and come out safe and sound o the other side.
