We have completed signing all the paperwork at my attorney's office around noon.

I would like to thank you all for bringing this loan to close given the current COVID-19 situation especially in the NYC and around the northeast.

Finally, I get to say thanks to everyone for all your efforts in getting this one done. When I saw this home in January and decided to move forward with it I never expected it to be this complicated but with persistence we got it done.
